Right of cancellation for consumers

(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single item;

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered several items as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Semanex e.K., Lewackerstr. 87, 44879 Bochum, telephone: +49 234 54453107, fax: +49 234 54453106, email address: sales@pinistore.com) of your decision to cancel from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund goods that can be sent by parcel until we have received these goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned these goods, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel are estimated at a maximum of around EUR 500.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion or expiration

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
